Laughing Rhino Tai Chi School presents Kid’s Tai Chi, with a focus on having fun. We will explore body awareness, breath, movement and relationships between ourselves and the world around us; how to deal with stress and how to love ourselves. Using simple and practical Tai Chi exercises, in a non-competitive environment, we will learn how to better navigate and enjoy life.

Cost: Same as the Yoga/Tai Chi existing cards
